About Artist
Luna Xiao is a contemporary oil painter born in Suzhou, China in 1994. She is best known for her highly distinctive contemporary flower paintings.
Her work goes far beyond simple depictions of nature; she uses flowers as a medium to explore life, emotions, and the passage of time. On her canvases, flowers bloom with incredibly rich colors and a spiritual presence, against backgrounds that are often deep, emotionally charged, creating the illusion that each flower is an independent microcosm, both fragile and brimming with vibrant life.
