Our Artwork Quality Promise
Every WABI-Wallart piece is an original, hand-painted oil painting on canvas. Subtle variations are part of the authenticity that makes each work unique.
While all our artists follow the same reference, due to the nature of hand-painted artwork, slight differences in brushwork, color blending and personal interpretation can sometimes occur. That being said, we are fully committed to making sure your piece matches your expectations, and our artist will adjust the painting accordingly based on your feedback.
If the artwork you receive does not match the painting we mutually confirmed prior to shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.


Shipping Damage Protection
In the rare case your painting arrives damaged, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or provide a full refund.
Please share photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist promptly.


Custom Artwork Policy
Custom colors or sizes are non-returnable after delivery.
Cancellations before shipping are subject to a $100 material fee.
Each custom piece is made exclusively for you. As these works cannot be resold, we appreciate your understanding.


30-Day Return Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.
We will assist in arranging return shipping. The shipping cost will be your responsibility.


Important Return Conditions
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Once approved, you have 14 days to return the artwork.
The artwork must be in original condition and securely packaged, ideally in its original box.


Changed Your Mind?
We understand a piece may not always suit your space, style, or scale.
You may return your artwork within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping costs covered by you.
Once received in its original condition, a full refund will be promptly issued.
Tip: Package the artwork with care to ensure safe transit back to us.

Returns FAQs
What is your return and exchange policy?
Hassle-free returns and exchanges.
You can return your painting for a FULL refund or request a replacement just as easily as making a purchase.
We want you to be completely satisfied! If, for any reason, you are not happy with the painting you received, you may return it in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt. Please contact Info@wabiwallart.com
How long does a refund take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, it can take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund.
For PayPal account holders, it may take up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.
For credit card refunds, the transaction may take 7–14 business days to complete, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Lost & Damages.
We carefully pack all paintings in strong paper tubes, and they normally arrive safely. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during shipping.
VERY IMPORTANT: Unpack the package in front of the courier. If the painting is damaged, please follow the steps below:
- Ask the courier to write “the item is damaged/broken” or something similar on the waybill. You may keep the package after both you and the courier confirm the damage.
- Take clear photos of the damaged package (all sides) and the painting itself. Send them to us so we can handle the courier company and arrange a replacement painting immediately.
- If the courier leaves the package at your door and you cannot inspect it in person, skip step 1 and proceed directly with step 2.
- Keep the damaged painting and its packaging until the issue is fully resolved.
